Our four stages of cleaning consist of 1.spot cleaning heavy stains with various cleaners, 2.treating large areas  with powerful degreasers and 3.pressure washing the area. Afterwards, 4.we apply a light solution of  sodium hypochlorite that will keep working to fight staining while breaking down onto oxygen, water and salt.

We avoid water damage to buildings by employing water reclamation equipment, our equipment pressure washes while collecting the water simultaneously. We use portable, all gas powered equipment for maximum pressure and vacuum.

Time is our most valuable asset when getting the best results, unlike a one time clean, Our cleaning process utilizes time for a more organized approach to cleaning. Our four stages of cleaning can stretch out to a couple weeks. It all depends on the severity of dirt, grime and heavy stains . Offering overall, the best clean possible. 

We use only biodegradable chemicals to clean heavy stains, such as powerful citrus cleaners made from orange peels & vinegar  and sodium hypochlorite which break down to water, oxygen and salt. At the same time, we abide by all federal and local water conservation and disposal regulations, including  article 5 of chapter 6-5 of the Austin City code and chapter 15-10 (waste water regulations).

Forecourt cleaning costs vary greatly depending on the number of pumps. From  $100 per pump, a six pump forecourt would cost $600 to clean.

Parking lots vary from 300 to 700 depending on size and stains.

Canopy pricing goes from $100, $300,and $500. Largely depends on size and staining severity.

Pricing ranges from $300-$500 pricing is based on the size of the storefront.
