Residential Power wash

Our four stages of cleaning consist of 1.spot cleaning heavy stains with various cleaners, 2.treating large areas  with powerful degreasers and 3.pressure washing the area. Afterwards, we 4.apply a light solution of   sodium hypochlorite that will keep working to fight staining while breaking down onto oxygen, water and salt.

We avoid water damage to buildings by employing water reclamation equipment, our equipment pressure washes while collecting the water simultaneously. We use portable, all gas powered equipment for maximum pressure and vacuum.

We use only biodegradable chemicals to clean heavy stains, such as powerful citrus cleaners made from orange peels & vinegar  and sodium hypochlorite which break down to water, oxygen and salt. At the same time, we abide by all federal and local water conservation and disposal regulations, including  article 5 of chapter 6-5 of the Austin City code and chapter 15-10 (waste water regulations).

Driveway cleaning Is $30 per car, a two car driveway costs $60 to clean, a four car driveway costs $120.00 to clean. Oil, rust and paint stains are charged separately from $3 to $20 each.

Sidewalks are priced from $30 to $90 for the entirety belonging to the property, for average size homes.

Because homes often have sun damaged paint or delicate surfaces. We only use water and delicate surfactant to clean exterior walls. Except paint free stone or brick, which safely take diluted sodium hypochlorite. Price range greatly from $100 to over $1000.
