What’s included?

Our four stages of cleaning consist of 1.spot cleaning heavy stains with various cleaners, 2.treating large areas  with powerful degreasers and 3. pressure washing the area. Afterwards, 4.we apply a light solution of   sodium hypochlorite that will keep working to fight staining while breaking down onto oxygen, water and salt.

We avoid water damage to buildings by employing water reclamation equipment, our equipment pressure washes while collecting the water simultaneously. We use portable, all gas powered equipment for maximum pressure and vacuum.

Time is our most valuable asset when getting the best results, unlike a one time clean, Our cleaning process utilizes time for a more organized approach to cleaning. Our four stages of cleaning can stretch out to a couple weeks. It all depends on the severity of dirt, grime and heavy stains . Offering overall, the best clean possible. 

We use only biodegradable chemicals to clean heavy stains, such as powerful citrus cleaners made from orange peels & vinegar  and sodium hypochlorite which break down to water, oxygen and salt. At the same time, we abide by all federal and local water conservation and disposal regulations, including  article 5 of chapter 6-5 of the Austin City code and chapter 15-10 (waste water regulations).

Pricing starts as low as $300 for small buildings and slightly over $900 for large buildings over 36 units. 

We provide flat rates for cleaning oil, grease, rust, mold and paint spills. We do this to avoid inflating costs for your property.

Our common area pricing is one of the most affordable with combined pricing between $300 to $1400 to include mail stations, pool patio, and garbage pads. Size and stains affect pricing.

Our yearly contracts make it possible to charge lower rates, rather than the old fashion- "One time - clean by square footage"

Our low monthly rates offer properties of all sizes an affordable rate. helping to keep their monthly budgets at ease.

Our yearly rates are in most cases less than a one time clean with an old fashion pressure washing company, with the advantage of paying over 12 months.
